                 Career guidance and employment coaching are crucial for empowering women students, especially in semi-urban and rural regions like Marripalem. The college actively works to equip students with career awareness, employability skills, and guidance on higher education opportunities to improve their progression and placement prospects.

Coaching for Competitive Exams

          •        Students are coached for:

          •        APPSC Group exams

          •        SSC, RRB, Banking, and other central/state recruitment exams.

          •        Study materials, model papers, and mock tests are provided periodically.

Skill Development Programs

          •        Soft skills, communication skills, and digital literacy sessions are arranged through:

          •        APSSDC (Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation)

          •        Jnanabhumi portal resources

          •        Department-specific training (e.g., accounting skills, spoken English, ICT skills)
